The children's author David Walliams dropped by book publisher.
Acclaimed children's author and TV personality David Walliams is no longer with his UK book publisher, according to an announcement.
An official for the firm commented: "After careful consideration, and following the appointment of its new CEO, HarperCollins UK will not be releasing future works by David Walliams."
Media sources suggest that the conclusion was made after an inquiry regarding claims about inappropriate behaviour directed at young women.
The publisher has not elaborated on the reasons for its decision, stating: "It is not our policy to discuss private personnel issues."
